Summer Squash Pasta

IMGP2955.JPGThis week's recipe is a pasta dish with zucchini, yellow squash and corn. It's flavored with minced garlic, jalapeño and scallions, and topped with parmesan cheese. On the side, we have roasted cherry tomatoes and ricotta on top of toasted rustic crostini.

No special dessert tonight, but I'm thinking a bowl of cocoa krispies sounds pretty good.
