One simply cannot travel without the proper munchies, so I made these today for tomorrow's road trip. They are candied ginger cookies with a lemon glaze. I packed quite a few of them away for the car, but had to reserve some for tonight. My family is coming over this afternoon to help celebrate my birthday. Yay for birthdays, family, and road trips of course!

Traveling Goodies
One simply cannot travel without the proper munchies, so I made these today for tomorrow's road trip. They are candied ginger cookies with a lemon glaze.
